Pest Control Services Pigeon Removal in Las Vegas and

Henderson Nevada.

Is it safe for my pets?

All the products we use are the safest available in the industry. Our materials are colorless, odorless, and free of any scent. When we service the home, only insects are affected by the treatment. With every kind of pet, we are especially cautious to keep them safe.

Do I need a regular service?

To have your home continually protected, you must have a regular service. Our service is designed to protect your home at all times. The products we use to treat your home have a residual effect to create long lasting protection. By only having a single service, the residual effect will quickly weaken to the point where your home is no longer protected. Our regular service will maintain a residual effect to keep the barrier strong and consistent around your home.

How much should I expect to pay for service?

The price for pest control service can vary quite a lot from different companies. When it comes down to it, you pay for what you get. Our biggest objective is to treat your home in a way that will cause the best results consistently. The price we charge for service is in the middle for the pest control industry. To be honest, you could find other companies that charge less than what we do, but you are much less likely to find the quality in service that we offer. Many of our customers have switched to us after finding the quality in their previous company not meeting their needs. You can expect to pay anywhere from $360 to $400 a year for a quality pest control service.

Do I need the inside serviced every time?

During the first treatment we do a full service inside and outside. This first inside treatment eliminates unwanted invaders that may reside in your home. As we consistently keep the outside of your home maintained, no insects can cross over the outside treatment to get inside. This way as long as the outside is maintained, the inside is protected. Generally, about once a year should you have need to have the inside serviced. If there ever is a problem inside that needs special attention, we will make an appointment to service the inside free of charge.

What type of products will you use on my home?

All the products we use when servicing your home are the safest available in the industry. Each chemical is E.P.A. registered and mixed to the right specifications recommended by the manufacturer. If you would like more information about any of our products, please feel free to contact us.

Do I need to leave the house when you come to do the service?

We use the safest materials available when we service the inside of a home. The materials we use never become airborne and drys in about 5 minutes. There is no need to leave the home during our service.

Do I need to move my furniture away from the walls when you service the inside?

When we service the inside of your home, we can work around just about everything that you have, as is. Very rarely do we need to move furniture, only on few extreme cases have we had to do this in the past.

How do I know when my next service date will be?

We offer two ways to let you know your next scheduled service date. First, you are issued a fridge magnet with your service dates listed for the current year you are in. Second, you have access to our online database where you can check your next scheduled service date from wherever you are. This way if you are on vacation and you can't remember when your pest control service is, it is available for you. Or if you have rental properties with our service you can always be aware of when each of your properties are scheduled to be serviced next.

Can I still have your service if I rent?

Many of our customers currently lease the homes they live in. We offer service to everyone regardless if they rent or own their own home. In some cases the homeowners offer to pay for the service, and in other they don't. We just need to know who is responsible for paying for the service before we start.
